Now that the Lotus/Toyota ECU has been unlocked, real power gains can be achieved!

Fitting my header/manifold designs and correct-bore systems plus sorting out the fuelling with a re-map ensures power/torque gains into double figures – transforming the characteristics of the Toyota motors – particularly the Supercharged 2ZZge.

The 2bular 4-1 is fast becoming the manifold/header of choice for the Supercharged 2ZZ-GE installs. Why????

Here are a few design pointers:

Large-Bore, 1 7/8”dia primaries.

A 4-1 race-car, merge collector into 2 ½” dia exit.

A quality,all-Stainless braided flexible section ( VERY Important. )

Wideband Lambda boss fitted (for mapping purposes).

Flange fitting to Sports Cat/De-Cat – easy swap out.

Fully TIG welded, including inside the flanges - no distortion.

Same weight as std manifold/header.

No other Exige/Elise manifold/header on the market has all those features.

Now that the ECU can be re-mapped to increase the fuelling to match the increase in gas flow given by this component, serious power increases can be achieved.

I usually finish my headers/manifolds in a flange fitting. A suitable gasket and Stainless nuts/bolts are supplied. You’ll need either a De-Cat Pipe or a Sports Cat to connect between the header and the system.
