We’re now in our 6th year of concentrating production on the Lotus Elise and Exige.</p> <p>In that time, 2bular has earned a world-wide reputation as a quality product in design and finish. My exhausts are hand-built and TIG-welded here, in sunny Aberdeen, UK. I probably have the largest range of exhaust designs available for these cars.</p> <p>A lot of time and effort goes into R&amp;D to make sure 2bular is top of the wish list for any Elise/Exige enthusiast. All over the world, Elise/Exige owners and tuning shops appreciate that drive to have an exhaust which looks good and performs better than the rest.</p> <h3>2bular list of firsts:</h3> <ul> <li>The large-bore 4-1 header/manifold for the supercharged 2zz-ge motor</li> <li>An 8”dia,  track-friendly system – GT3 and behind grille off-set system</li> <li>Euro-Exit system with full 2.5” (63.5mm) bore for the supercharged installs</li> <li>Euro Hammerhead system – quieter than the Euro Exit system</li> <li>130mm dia Sports Cat for the hi-power supercharged motor</li> <li>Stepped primary 4-2-1 header/manifold for the n/a 2zz-ge motor</li> <li>4-2-1 header/manifold for the 1zz-fe installs</li> <li>Large, 7”dia Ti/Stainless hybrid system with full 2.5” (63.5mm) bore for the supercharged motor</li> </ul> <p>My thanks to those of you who contacted me recently to point out the plagiarism of my header/manifold designs. It’s surely a massive compliment and who else would they copy?<br /><br />Sales of 2bular exhausts doubled last year – a huge achievement in these difficult times and I will be moving into other car markets soon!<br /><br />I’m a very busy man.
