A full 2.5” (63.5mm) bore system suitable for the Supercharged 2zz-ge motor.

Using the old S2 K-series rear grilles (the Euro Exit design), the exhaust exit on the LH side is mostly blocked by the std Cat pipe on the 2zz-ge install. There’s no way a 2.5” exhaust can get past, so I’ve re-routed the Cat pipe behind the silencers, keeping everything at 2.5” bore.

The pics show two 6”dia silencers. With a De-Cat pipe, that’s going to be noisy! For more silencing, you can specify a pair of 7”dia silencers or 8”dia - plus a Sports Cat to meet emissions tests.

You will have to trim the heat-shield behind the number-plate to fit the 7” & 8” silencers.
Tips can be as shown, a double-skinned design or rolled edge etc etc - there’s a Titanium Tips option too.

I can also make this system with a smaller bore to suit the n/a motors.

I’m still looking for a supplier for my rear grille designs, so for the moment, we’re stuck with the S2 grilles.
